The inaugural members only workshop is titled Having Difficult Conversations: Moving Past Conflict and Toward Cooperation. This interactive session is dedicated to transforming how we handle difficult conversations, shifting from the instinctive fight-or-flight response to one of collaboration and constructive feedback.

Understanding that conflict is not inherently negative, this workshop will explore how to approach sensitive topics before they escalate. Participants will learn to understand the root causes, and implement strategies to transition from conflict to cooperation. By the end of the session, attendees will have the tools to invite and offer constructive feedback, utilize helpful language, and ask clearly for what they need.
