Meeting topic - -Nemak DEI Champions Community Talk and Report*

Nemak, a global leader in lightweight aluminum products, launched a robust DEI Champions Community program  in 2022 to empower employees as certified DEI advocates, dedicating 5% of their performance objectives to advancing DEI within the company. 

On March 19, the DEI Roundtable will host a Nemak panel to share insights into the program’s structure, impact, and key initiatives, including a women’s coaching program and the launch of a global maternity and paternity leave policy.
