Lisa Lark, President and CEO, Lisa Lark Communications, LLC will lead the discussion with Stan Kimer, President, Total Engagement Consulting by Kimer. Stan is a recognized consultant with unique skills in employee development / career mapping, LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) diversity management and organizational effectiveness / project management.  He is principal with Total Engagements by Kimer.
