Description

This 12-week program offers a structured opportunity for automotive industry professionals to learn DEI best practices, solve complex organizational challenges, and build a DEI professional network. Graduates receive a CADIA DEI Certification at the conclusion of the course. Accelerator DEI Certification Program meets weekly. Some sessions will last the full two hours, otherwise the last half hour will be used as "office hours" for cohort members.
