The 2022 CADIA Impact Awards recognize excellence in and commitment to DEI. Every organization and individual is on a different journey, and many are making a difference every day in large and small ways.
CADIA will kick-off the ceremony with a keynote address from Idalia Hill, Principle Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Business Partner, Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, she is responsible for developing and driving culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives across multiple business organization at AWS. Hill will share insights from her 20-year career and explain the importance of self-reflection in DEI work.
Following the keynote, winners of the 2022 CADIA Impact Awards will be announced in the following categories:
