Discover Your Authentic Voice and Use it to Create Change for You and Your Team - CADIA Connects Oct. 11

Join author and speaker Heather Whelpley for CADIA Connects in October. This isn't your average communications training!

Instead of diving into tactics on how you "should" present yourself, we will get clear on what is authentic to YOU so  you can share your ideas, challenge the status quo and impact positive change in your workplace and beyond.

In this interactive session we'll identify:

  • The barriers and bias that get in the way of sharing your authentic voice
  • The change you want to influence with your voice and why that's important to you
  • Concrete strategies and approaches to get your voice heard
  • How to be an ally and create an environment where others are free to show up as their full self and share their voice

CADIA Connects is a no-cost offering from the Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion and Advancement. This hour-long Zoom meeting is an avenue for professionals to stay connected and find common ground.

As always, CADIA Connects is free but you must register in advance.
