CADIA Workshops:  Break the Bias in 2022

CADIA offers more than 25 different workshops live, in person or virtually. Unconscious Bias is one that is frequently requested. Beyond the science of bias, CADIA's workshop explores where bias shows up in the workplace and its unintended consequences. The workshop identifies ways to overcome bias at the individual and organizational level by being aware and intentional when it comes to finding, hiring and truly engaging people at all levels.

Let CADIA facilitate the conversations that foster understanding, growth and change. Contact Jennifer Harding for more information on how to bring this workshop to your workplace.
