Annual Rev Up DEI Summit Highlights

Lottie Holland, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, Engagement and EEO Compliance, Stellantis shared a moving keynote address at Rev Up 2030 at Wayne State University. Holland talked about “reimagining DEI” as we all mature in our understanding of what DEI really is at a tactical level. She offered six suggestions and shared stories about what Stellantis is working on in each.

They are:

  1. Building diverse teams by going beyond visible diversity.
  2. Offer executive coaching and mentoring.
  3. Create inclusive cultures by considering how to include everyone.
  4. Don’t take the “foot off the gas” on D&I training.
  5. Consider Employee Wellness.
  6. Foster flexible work arrangements.

Listen to Holland’s keynote and find photos, our playlist, an attendee list and Rev Up topics on the event page.

Sincere thanks to Lisa Lark at Lisa Lark Communications and Nadir Ali at 3andathird Photography for their support of the event.

Training for Inclusive Leadership

At the recent Rev Up conference, Lottie Holland, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, Engagement & EEO Compliance, Stellantis mentioned the Inclusive Leadership workshops that CADIA is conducting for the company's top leadership. Stellantis has made the commitment to hundreds of their leaders to offer them the tools and know how to grow their leadership skills. CADIA offers this training and customizes each offering to specific company needs and desired outcomes. A sample of training objectives might include:

  • Understanding the Case for Inclusion
  • Exploring Inclusive Leadership Traits
  • Practicing Perspective Taking
  • Creating Your Inclusive Leadership Commitment

Training can be conducted virtually live and on site live. We suggest that a half-day in person workshop may be most effective for this particular topic.
