DEI Assessment & Roadmap:  Are You Ready for the Journey?

CADIA's Assessment and Roadmap delivers a plan that aligns with company DEI goals and objectives, is actionable and offers built in accountability.

CADIA offers a DEI Assessment to companies interested in understanding where they stand relative to a corporate maturity model of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The assessment allows an organization to identify and plan for next best steps to accomplish the company’s strategic vision for DEI.

The final work products are simple written documents and diagrams, with one or more stakeholder conversations to help gain organizational alignment on DE&I efforts and expected outcomes.

Organizations may also elect to have a scheduled quarterly check-in with CADIA staff as a means to provide continuity and accountability.

For more information contact Jennifer Harding.

The Coalition Annual Report is now available. The CEO Coalition for Change is a no-cost offering from CADIA in partnership with MICHauto. Your CEO or individual with equivalent responsibility should be a member of this group. For more information or to request an overview, contact Margaret Baxter.
