DEI Conversations in the Workplace - Workshop

DEI conversations can at times be uncomfortable and emotional.  It is essential to up-skill people leaders, HR professionals and allies to help navigate these topics in the workplace.

CADIA offers a workshop to explore how to build safety and gain trust for others to share their perspectives, guide conversations objectively, and engage others to support DEI efforts.

Themes:

  • Leveraging diversity stories to connect with others
  • Connecting DEI to the organizational vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities
  • Responding to off-topic comments and resistant behaviors
  • Managing conflict and responding to leaders

For information on this workshop contact Jennifer Harding.
