CADIA launched a new website and community hub in early October. Members of the CADIA Community can now find information, resources, manage their events, pay invoices and update member information in one place. DEI Accelerator Program: A Quick Sellout

In September CADIA kicked off the CADIA DEI Accelerator Program Pilot. The 13-week program offers a structured opportunity for automotive industry professionals to learn DEI best practices, solve complex organizational challenges, and build a DEI professional network.

DEI Conversations in the Workplace - Workshop
|
DEI conversations can at times be uncomfortable and emotional. It is essential to up-skill people leaders, HR professionals and allies to help navigate these topics in the workplace.
CADIA offers a workshop to explore how to build safety and gain trust for others to share their perspectives, guide conversations objectively, and engage others to support DEI efforts.

- Leveraging diversity stories to connect with others
- Connecting DEI to the organizational vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities
- Responding to off-topic comments and resistant behaviors
